Refund Policy

APPAREL

If you have purchased the wrong size, don’t stress! We offer exchanges up to 30 days after your item has arrived.

Please contact us via email at hello@cartwrightco.com.au and we will get the process started.

All return postage is to be paid by the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied upon receiving your order or simply change your mind you are free to return an item, as long as the item is in new, un-worn and in un-used condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, or 30 days for a credit voucher (excluding sale items).

**Please note we do not accept returns on items that have been purchased with a discount/promo code or items on sale for a refund, however you may exchange the size if needed or we will happily return for a credit note **

**We do not accept returns or credit note on any item of clothing sold in conjunction with either of our VIP or DIRECT PURCHASE package promotions (for example “triple your entries” add on), however you may exchange the size if needed **

**We do not offer refunds or exchange on international orders **

 

PACKAGES – VIP and DIRECT PURCHASE 

The sale of all VIP Membership Packages and One-Off Purchase Packages/Direct Purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or removal of any entries into any giveaways for any reason. So please choose carefully.

VIP Packages are however, able to be cancelled at anytime. You will not be refunded, however this just stops the recurring payments for the coming months. All entries, membership perks into any giveaway within that month, etc. will remain on your account until the end of that month billing period.

All clothing sold in conjunction with either of these package promotions (“triple your entries” add on) are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on any of these items of apparel.
